Cancel Return and Refund Policy governs the process of receiving, evaluating, resolving and closing complaints raised by the Astroscience clients and purchasers that are received in the office of Astroscience Technologies.
If you choose to submit a complaint or enquiry, you kindly acknowledge and agree to adhere to the policies outlined below.
Although, Astroscience reviews and examines all its products under expert guidance and the organization is known for offering and delivering quality and effective products. In case any claim is made that refers to any items or goods being defective or damaged, the replacement or refund is processed based on the approval of the official from Astroscience.
Refund and Replace Timeline
Requests for refunds or replacements of damaged or defective products must be made within 7 days from the timeframe of the product received after a detailed evaluation.
Refund Policy (7 Days Refund Policy)
A refund for the purchased items is initiated under the following scenarios and conditions
● The product or service was not provided to the customers
● The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
● If double payment was made by the customers
● In case of failed transactions or double realization of the account for the same order, the total deducted amount will be refunded
● If the desired product or service is unavailable, alternate products or services are not acceptable to the customers
● If the complaint is raised within the stipulated period
● In case, the buyer cancels the order online before the product has been shipped, the entire order amount will be refunded
● Refund requests must be made with valid physical proofs and payment proofs
● In case of cancelled orders/failed transactions, the bank/card transaction charges of the buyer, if any, are likely to be forfeited
● In case of part cancellations, the amount refunded will be corresponding to the part cancellation
Replace Policy (7 Days Replace Policy)
● Customers who have purchased the product from Astrosciense will be able to replace products within 7 days from the date of purchase or receipt of order only in case when the dispatched product is defective, damaged, used or wrong. However, if we find that the product is damaged by the customer physically then Astrosciense shall not be liable to replace or refund of product
● Replace requests must be made within 7 days of purchase of the product
● Replace requests must be made with valid authentic proofs and payment proofs
Non-Refundable and Non-Replaceable Items
● Customized or personalized products shall not be replaceable or refundable. To make it easier to understand if you buy an exclusive Yantra and place it in your home or elsewhere, it will not be replaced and no refund will be initiated in that case
● Digital downloads- If you download any digital product like software or any e-book from Astroscience or for instance took the membership, you cannot claim a refund for those concerns
● If the Products are used by the customer
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests may be raised/submitted at any time before the dispatch of the order or product. Once the order or product has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. Also, if the order has already been shipped, then cancellation shall be not possible.
However, the order once delivered cannot be cancelled in any case if things are fine from our end.
