Bhagwan Hanuman, The lord of superstrength and ultimate knowledge is no one but lord shiva himself. he is the supreme Vaishnava and the dear most devotee of the ultimate lord.

The birth anniversary of Lord Hanuman is around the corner.  the festival is going to be observed on 16th April this year. Lord Hanuman was born on Purnima of Chaitra Shukla Paksha. Bhakta Shiromani Lord Hanuman is the 11th Rudravatar of Lord Shiva. Lord Hanuman is the dear devotee of Lord Shri Ram and the abode of immense strength and wisdom. Lord Hanuman is also said to be the giver of Ashta Siddhi and Nav Nidhi, the ultimate Vidyas.

For many years, when the successor was not born in the Suryavamsha, King Dasharatha, on the suggestion of the great sage Vasishtha, resolved to perform Putrakameshti Yajna. After the yajna, all three queens received kheer in the form of prasad, out of which an eagle snatched away the bowl of prasadam from mother Sumitra's part and put this vessel in the lap of mother Anjani.

Mother Anjani was engrossed in the penance of Lord Shiva to get a son, then her attention turned towards this vessel and the mother accepted it as a blessing of Lord Shiva. Seeing all this, Lord Shiva appeared in front of the mother and gave her the good news of having a brilliant son, who would be the Rudravatar of Mahadev himself.

Time passed and Mother Anjani gave birth to an extremely beautiful and divine son, whose complexion was as radiant as molten gold.
